PHASE 1 – Preparation & Insight (Before Herbal Cleanse)

   Before beginning the actual cleansing process, I offer you an in-depth, channeled reading.
   We meet in a safe space—either in person or online—where I open up to messages from your guides and higher consciousness.
   The reading is recorded and sent to you as an audio file so you can revisit it anytime.

2. Personal Report
   Based on the insights from the reading, I intuitively combine elements from astrology, numerology, blood type, and your Ayurvedic constitution into a holistic and tailored report—crafted just for you.
   
   

PHASE 2 – Cleanse & Alignment

1. Herbal & Salt Cleanse 
   This phase initiates the physical and energetic detoxification of the body:

• You'll receive divinely guided, blood-purifying herbs

• Use of mineral salts and, if suitable, light fasting

• I offer daily guidance and energetic support throughout the cleanse
  
  

After the First 2 Weeks

1. Healing Session

• Release of energetic blockages

• Energy and chakra balancing
